Commercial Maintenance

Year-round contracted maintenance for commercial campuses, multi-family, and corporate properties, built around your brand standards and budget cycle.

Overview

Professional commercial maintenance for Columbus, Ohio properties.

Your commercial property's landscape is the first thing visitors, tenants, customers, and prospective lessees see. Our year-round programs run on fixed weekly schedules, fixed monthly invoices, and a named account manager. The property stays presentable without you managing the vendor. We bring the same scope discipline, communication standards, and crew leadership to a 5-acre corporate campus that we bring to a premier golf course community.

  • Customized year-round maintenance contracts built around your scope
  • Weekly mowing, trimming, edging, and full property blowdown
  • Fertilization, weed control, irrigation management, and turf renovation
  • Seasonal flower installations and color rotations at entrances and focal points
  • Single point-of-contact account management and proactive reporting

Deep dive

Built for property managers and ownership groups

Commercial maintenance is fundamentally different from residential lawn care. You need predictable scope, predictable invoicing, predictable visit schedules, and a single accountable person who can respond when an issue surfaces. We structure every commercial contract around those needs: fixed weekly schedules, fixed monthly invoices, named account managers, and direct communication channels that don't disappear into a call center.

Why it matters

Properties we maintain

Our commercial portfolio spans office and corporate campuses, multi-family residential, retail centers, senior living communities, healthcare facilities, restaurant and hospitality venues, school grounds, and municipal spaces. We currently maintain two of the premier golf course communities in Central Ohio, communities that notice a missed edge the day it's missed. That standard travels with us to every commercial property we touch.

Spring and summer execution: when expectations are highest

Peak season is when commercial maintenance has to perform. Tenants walk the property daily, brokers tour vacant space, and residents live in the common areas. Our spring and summer programs include increased mowing frequency when growth demands it, weekly bed detail, color rotations timed to the season, and proactive turf and irrigation monitoring. We push hard when the season pushes hard.

§

How we make consistency visible

The test of a maintenance contract is what the property looks like on day six, not on visit day. We hold that standard through tight scheduling, trained crews led by experienced foremen, quality-controlled standard operating procedures, and proactive communication with your team. When a storm hits, you don't have to ask whether we're coming. We've already texted you the response plan.

Reporting that property managers actually use

Standard reporting includes a monthly service summary with notes on what was completed, what we observed (irrigation issues, turf stress, hardscape damage, tree concerns), and recommendations with pricing for any enhancements. For corporate clients we also produce property condition reports suitable for ownership groups and board presentations. You should never be surprised by an issue we noticed three weeks before you did.

Frequently asked

Commercial Maintenance, answered.

Real questions from real Central Ohio customers. If yours isn't here, you have three fast ways to reach us.

01

What's included in a maintenance contract?

Contracts are fully customizable. Most include mowing, fertilization, bed maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and irrigation management. Many add seasonal color, tree and shrub pruning, and capital improvement coordination.

02

Do you service properties outside the I-270 belt?

Our primary service area is within the I-270 belt in Central Ohio. For properties outside this area, contact us and we'll evaluate scope, drive time, and whether we can accommodate.

03

Can you start mid-season?

Absolutely. We can begin service at any point in the year and tailor the remaining program to your property's current needs and the calendar. Many transitions happen mid-season when an incumbent provider underperforms.

04

Do you bid against incumbent providers?

Yes, we welcome competitive bids. We typically request a walk-through, current scope documentation, and recent invoicing to deliver an honest apples-to-apples proposal.

05

Will the same crew service my property every week?

Yes, we route by territory so the same lead crew and foreman are on your property every week. Consistency is how we keep quality high and how your crew learns the nuances of your site.

06

What about snow and ice management?

We don't self-perform snow work. For properties that need year-round coverage, we coordinate winter service through trusted snow partners while your Meyers account manager stays the single point of contact.

07

Do you handle HOA-specific properties?

Yes. See our dedicated HOA & community landscaping page for properties with board governance and resident-facing expectations.

08

How do reporting and communication work?

You get a named account manager, monthly reporting, proactive flags on issues we notice, and direct cell-phone access, not a call center. Property managers tell us responsiveness is what separates us from larger providers.
