Commercial Landscape FAQ
We provide landscape services for office parks, retail centers, HOAs, industrial facilities, healthcare campuses, hospitality venues, multi-family residential communities, restaurants, and senior living developments.
We service all of central and the greater Columbus, Ohio region inside of the 270 belt. If you happen to be outside of this area, please contact us and we will do our best to provide service or a consultation.
Yes, we offer customizable maintenance contracts for year-round property care. Services can include lawn care, fertilization, pest control, irrigation management, seasonal cleanups, tree and shrub care, and seasonal color installations.
We specialize in water-wise landscaping solutions including drought-tolerant plant selection, smart irrigation scheduling and management, turf reduction programs, and efficient water auditing.
We work closely with property managers to schedule work during off-peak hours or phase projects to minimize disruption to your tenants, customers, and daily operations. Clear communication and site management are our priorities.

Residential Landscape FAQ
We provide commercial landscape maintenance, landscape construction, new construction landscaping, and HOA and community landscaping, plus residential lawn mowing, fertilization, weed control, grub control, turf disease protection, lawn aeration and overseeding, edging and mulching, spring and fall cleanups, leaf removal, tree and shrub care, outdoor lighting, and firewood delivery. We serve commercial, HOA, and residential properties throughout Central Ohio.
Meyers Landscape Services is located at 6081 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH 43035. We service Hilliard, Dublin, Lewis Center, Powell, Westerville, Delaware, and other surrounding areas throughout the greater Columbus, Ohio region.

Either way works. Most homeowners start with weekly mowing and add what the property needs from there. Grub control and turf disease protection are each priced on their own, so you can book either without being on the fertilization program. The one exception is weekly plant bed weed control, which is available only with mowing service.
Mowing runs weekly from April through November, the same day every week. Fertilization is five applications spaced across the year, grub control goes down in the mid-June to July window, and aeration and overseeding land between late August and early October. Leaf removal is timed to when your trees actually drop, usually late October into early December.
